Despite compliance with these Terms of Use, Loans500 has no obligation to accept the present credit application. The acceptance or non-acceptance of the credit application and the continuance of a credit account is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Loans500. A debtor’s account may be de-activated at any time, at the sole discretion of Loans500, without any applicable damages against Loans500. These Terms of Use are applicable in addition to any other applicable agreement between the parties and remain valid throughout the credit service provided by Loans500.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR CREDIT?
You must be at least 18 years old and not be considered unfit or under guardianship.
The subject matter of your credit application must not be done, directly or indirectly, for illegal, prohibited or criminal purposes, fraudulent intent or money-laundering or any other act considered bad faith by Loans500, at its sole discretion.
You have the obligation to reveal your complete identity.
You cannot impersonate others.
You have not been refused or de-activated from Loans500 in the past thirty (30) days prior to this credit application.
COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
To process your credit application, as mentioned above, Loans500 must verify the information about you. The types of information that Loans500 will collect depends on the information that you will provide and on how you use the Loans500 website at https://loans500.com/. You hereby understand and agree that at the time of your request for a credit application, Loans500 collects the content of the application, communications and any other information you provide, including when you create an account, create or share content, or when you communicate with or send messages to members, officers, directors, agents or partners of Loans500. This may include information in or about content that you provide (for example, metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. You formally consent that all such information collected may be used by Loans500 in the management of your credit application and may be passed on to any other affiliate, services provider or other related business for the purpose of investigation or aggregation of data. Your data may be part of a database assisting program of Loans500 or any other affiliate, services provider or other related business for the purposes of processing and investigating credit applications, under the conditions mentioned above or otherwise, and such information may be retained for an indefinite term by Loans500 and any other affiliate, services provider or other related enterprise to that effect. The data may be shared with public or legal authorities, where the law or a court orders to.
JURISDICTION OF CREDIT APPLICATION AND DISPUTE MANAGEMENT
Loans500 is a corporation doing business at 4180 Boul Henri-Bourassa Est, Montréal, QC H1H 1L3, Canada, operating in the province of Quebec, Canada and any acceptance of the credit application will be considered to have been made in the province of Quebec, Canada, notwithstanding your place of residence or the place where your request has been made. You agree that in the event of a dispute, the laws of Quebec and Canada shall apply and that any dispute be heard in the jurisdiction of the Province of Quebec, Canada, in the Judicial District of Montreal, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction and from any other district.
UPDATE OF THESE TERMS OF USE
Loans500 may change its services and policies and Loans500 may need to make changes to the Terms of Use. Loans500 will inform you before changing these Terms of Use and give you the opportunity to review them before they come into effect. Thereafter, if you continue to use the services of Loans500, you will be bound by the revised Terms of Use.
